MANAGEMENT TEAM

Reporting directly to the CEO and an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, Ryan is responsible for the success of The Crossing Group’s five operating divisions. Specifically, he provides commercial, safety, operational and marketing/communications guidance and support to each of the company’s Business Unit leaders and works closely with the CEO and CFO to evaluate new markets and identify/execute on accretive and strategic acquisition targets.

Ryan joined The Crossing Company in 2003. He moved to Calgary to be closer to clients and expand business opportunities for the company. In 2008 he was promoted to VP, Corporate Development. A strategic thinker with an operational mindset, he helps clients find pragmatic solutions to complex pipeline construction challenges. This extends to resource management, identifying and understanding available technologies, and assessing project risks.

Ryan sits on the board of a private Environmental Services Company, and is a member of its Compensation Committee. He is active within the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Alberta School of Business (U of A).
